Dont book these busses..The front desk assistants at their stations are so rude to their passengers,they shift their own unsatisfactory service to the passengers.They have no problem solving ethics.
These people are really scams,they have been deducting my money R250 since April but there was no loan assistance that was offered to me from them,i tried to call them on the number displayed on the message that they sent to me 0876542000 but no one is answering the phone.This is getting on my nerve since my bank also cannot connect to them due to them not holding the phones.They are Scams..foolish scams,living the life of bedbugs sucking people s blood.
This financial service scam clients in the name of assisting them to get financial help or loans,and even when you dont get any help of loan they just deduct money.How can a financial service scam you money that u dont even have,when they promise people to help them get loans,I am being scammed the amount of R500 from March end and April 24,and they deduct it as if i bought something from them,because it doesnt appear as a debit order on my statement,but appear as Cash payment to compu tech.I never authorised anybody to deduct this amount..I sent them an email to cancel this rubbish of them in march but still they didnt respond,and they continue doing this transaction on 24 april 2020 as cash payment to computech ref CCSCRE968555,and again i sent an email to ask them to cancel this thing using their email address:[email protected],but no one ever responded to my email..I am about to take further steps if this company doesnt respond even here on hellopeter,drastic measures will be taken against them,following emails i ve sent to them and not responded to any call i have made on the numbers 0876542000 and 0876541900.
I call Assupol Life on ********** 700 to request feedback if they received the requested documents to cancell my Education plan Policy AL ********** ********** 8, which i sent in on 1st of November 2017 for processing.On answering the call the consultant lady rudely told me it will take 21 working days to process the cancellation of the policy...I was so confused because she didnt even explain why it ll take 21 working days instead of 5 working days and there was no goodbye..call was dropped immediately while still asking..May i hear from the Assupol Finance department Superiors if thats how their consultants respond to Assupol valued clients..Thank you.
<p>I agreed to a telephonically conversation to sign in this policy called AIG Life Insurance,known to be linked to Nedbank as the lady who called me explained,for policy number NE ********** 2306K,but to my disappointment there is not even a single month where they send me any updates about the policy that debit monthly on my Nedbank account for the past 3 years till to date.They don't have contact details in case I need assistance somehow..I seem to have to cancell this policy because their clients are not their priority,only the money comes first to them.Can anyone from them resolve this issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank u</p> <p>Corrence</p>
