Dear ABSA Team, I am writing to formally request clarification regarding the treatment I have been receiving. Despite my efforts to make payment arrangements and catch up on my account, I continue to feel harassed and threatened. I entered debt review because my financial situation was difficult, and none of the creditors I owed were willing to assist me constructively. Even when I make payments, I am still subjected to unnecessary pressure. A few months ago, an ABSA representative arrived at my home and spoke to me in an unprofessional and threatening manner, which I find completely unacceptable. In addition, I continue to receive phone calls, despite repeatedly explaining that I am unable to answer calls at this time. My requests for alternative communication methods have been ignored. I am formally requesting the following: An updated statement of my account. A clear explanation as to why I am being treated in this manner, despite making genuine efforts to pay. Confirmation that future communication will be handled professionally and in writing. This behavior constitutes harassment, and I expect it to stop immediately. I am willing to work on my payments, but I will not accept bullying or ************. I expect a written response within 7 working days.
We have repeatedly attempted to contact Lead Homes via email, yet our messages continue to go unanswered. Despite numerous follow-ups, we are consistently ignored, and the lack of communication is both unacceptable and unprofessional. Furthermore, the information we have received from this agency has been misleading, leaving us feeling mismanaged and mistreated. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Lead Homes to anyone seeking reliable service. [email protected], [email protected]
This has been, by far, the worst rental agency we’ve dealt with. In over 30 years of renting, we have never experienced such poor service or been treated with such disregard. Repeated calls to the branch go unanswered, and emails are simply ignored. The only time we ever receive a response is when a rental statement is sent — with no follow-up on any of the issues we've raised. I cannot recommend this agency to anyone. The lack of communication and basic customer service is deeply disappointing.
I always get good service and very friendly staff, who are always willing to help and are very helpful ( thank you Junita Van Coller ). I never have to wait long to get answers to my questions.
<p>I would just like to say thank you to Avroy Petersen at discovery insure for all his help . I must say I have never had any problems with them always friendly and helpful . One good decision I have ever made in my life was getting my inurance through them . So well done to discovery for the wonderful staff and service they have . </p>
