What a bad service I received from addington hospital. I took my mother who was in pain and referred to the hospital by the doctor for them to do x ray and identify what might be the issue with her feet and lipoma that she is having under her knees. No x ray was done but instead I was told to take her Eastern Cape hospital for that lipoma and they only gave me anti biotics. Mind you she is 72 years old and she could not walk because of the pain
I feel ****med by old mutual. I took a funeral cover with them in 2008 and up to current I never Claim anything. To my suprise I end up paying R599. 00 for the funeral cover how I don't know. I end up having to cancel it after paying for almost 17 Years as I cannot. afford to pay such amount. What a loss on side. They should have atleast refund me the money maybe for 1 year. Their funeral cover is nothing but a ****.. Sad as hellπππππ I only realesed now as I normally don't check deductions from my payslip
I am very disgruntled with old mutual provident fund , there are nothing but ****** ****mers . My grandfather passed away in 2004 while working for ****rnet is is now Transnet and chose old mutual to keep his provident fund for the loved one .Little did he know that old mutual is the company you cannot trust with your money . After his passing my grandmother has been receiving the money from them roughly R1500 every month which still this was not enough knowing how many years and how much he was getting paid . For the past 3 years now old mutual decided to cut my grandmom pension salary to R400 without any explanation or anything . This is a day light ******* .I phoned them last week and i was told the money dropped because the market valley dropped ( what the hell ) and my grandmom chose that percentage during her anniversary and this is nothing but a lie , i was the further told that her money was kept by Liberty scheme before but failed to provide me with the prove supporting their statement how ever i was told that investigation will be done to what really transpired . I cannot wait while i can see that my grandmom is dying of heart attack because of horror old mutual . All what i need is the answers on what happened to my grandfather provided fund. How do one say we communicated with her with the changes but no proof . For the record i am talking about a person who was born in 1948 with no or little understanding of market value or what so ever .With this being said i am ****ed off to the core and i need a proper investigation to be done and I need feedback asap
i am very disgruntled with the service my mother received from lewis store in Matatiele from the store manager by name of Lindo . My mother have 2 accounts which the first one the last instalment was in December but Lewis debited another R1,950 for the month of Jan and Feb in total is (R3.900) but he only received the refund of R1.950 for Jan only . Lindo store manager and Deborrah (Divisional credit manager refused to refund my mothers money saying they will pay it on her another account which is currently up to date with no missing payment .I found this behaviour ********* and disappointing as this was done without her agreement . I escalated the issue to the regional manger by name of Jackey but i did not receive any joy from her . This is a day light ******* and i require an urgent intervention with regard to this matter
I went to standard bank as my landlord says he did not receive my rent ,standard bank told me I deposited the money into wrong account .I am talking about 4200 they said I must do a recall and want me to pay money upfront .up until now they did not assist me to get my money back
