poor service delivery
Made a booking for a flight from JHB 06:00 to DBN and return 15:00, this is for a business day. Booking reference ZA09332718 Return flight from Durban was cancelled by the airline, alternative fleight was given a 09:00 or 19:00, when we ty to communicate with the travelstart on whats app as this is the only way of instant communication, message are not bein answered or you yust get the automated we will transfer you to an agent, very poor service. we make use of weekly fleight to and from Durban to JHB and back, we are currently a staff of 13, so you can see how many fleight you will loose. Well done an poor service delivery.

very poor service
We moved from JHB to KZN and needed an internet provider, as Afrihost could not offer us Fiber we opted with Vox, Kobus 071 465 2739 assured us he will handle our account, however when we have queries no response, all empty promises. We have aggreged for debit orders and the payment method has been confirmed but no debit order has happened, to phone the call center is also a waste of time, They assure us it will go off the same day a t midnight but nothing as yet. We will definitely move back to Afrihost once Fiber is install in our area.

Poor service
<p>Did a booking last night thru then for dolphin view cabanas from 30 april to 7 may for 2 adults. Price was 6800 made the provinsial payment of 50%. Today i receive an sms saying the amount is noe 12002</p>

Thieves
<p>The above mentioned company is conning all people who wish to apply for loans via their website.</p> <p>I did recearsh for a loan in November and they quite conveniently debit my account for R429 intial fees and R99 per month and if I wish to cancel I am liable for R600 and some what fees.</p> <p>I did not take the loan and now they say they have signed me up for all these ASSISTANT services which I can do myself.</p> <p> </p> <p>When you phone them you say they cannot phone you back but they can steal your money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist as alot of people are going to get conned into paying for absolutely nothing.</p>
