False advertising
<p>I saw an add in Checkers Heydays promotion in the bulk deals section. It clearly reads "R39.99 2 x 20 per pack Libresse Sanitary Pads/ 2 x 40 per pack Libresse Pantyliners Assorted. I went to purchase them at the Mall @ Carnival branch. When I went to pay for them I was told that it's only the Maxi Pads that are on promotion and not the all 20 per pack Libresse Sanitary Pads (Maxi and Ultra Thin).</p> <p>The promotional brochure clearly states that 20 per pack Libresse Sanitary Pads are on promotion, that would includes Maxi and Ultra Thin Pads. The store manager refused to help me out, complaining that the ones that I want are expensive. </p> <p>I honestly don't understand how store manager can decide what is on sale and what is not. When it has been clearly stated in the promotional brochure. </p> <p>The worst part is the manager completely wasted my time, he asked a female staff members to explain the promotion to me as if I didn't understand. </p>
