VW Hoopers bad service and not care about customers

<p>Bought a car in 2014 at VW hoopers Durban and have been having problem with this car engine after 3 weeks of purchase and they have assured me everything is fixed and they are failing dismally to take ownership and fix their mess.</p> <p>Recently the car had an engine light and went to VW and they told me the reason is that it had timing issue and car was driven at 255kw/h what nonsense is that, Golf 6 TSI 1.4 have no capability of doing such and they took the car from last week and not yet being given a loan car and stranded with no car.</p> <p>I know there are many people sufffering with Hoppers Durban it time we fight them headon with car issue and not taking responsibillity and damaging VW brand</p>
