Made an appointment to replace my vehicles glass, appointed by insurance, first appointment they supposedly had wrong glass, second appointment, did not even pitch.
I placed an order for Clothing from a Facebook add via their online store, however after investigating them they number rings once and then they disconnect, the emails I send come back as blocked. I purchased a leather Jacket for R 899 order 1796. Tracking shows order ready, very believable and comprehensive ****. Please warn others.
I received a Quote for Bricks, sand and stone, I paid up front, nothing has been delivered, I was promised a refund, nothing has happened. Keeps promising me he will do it.
I have proceeded with an upgrade to one of my MTN accounts, I have been billed two months now for the upgrade but the phone has not been delivered. MTN's service is extremely poor, I have sent numerous emails explaining the issue yet my problem continues and I now have to resort to writing a complaint on Hello Peter.
I ordered an item online on 2018-10-11 from Makro Online. I paid immediately upon checkout via eft. After payment I realized there was a waiting period of 21 days for ite. I accepted my fate and waited. I poped at Makro Carnival but my order was still not there. I received a call from someone stating to be from Makro and that they would deliver the item to my home, this did not happen either. I sent one query to makro and had no reply, sent another query only this time I got a reply saying I must send proof of payment, which I did. I find it ridiculous as you can not complete checkout without paying in the first place. I have not had a reply again. Please do not use them, I have had better service from Takealot and Wish by far.
