MTN Poor Customer Service
I have proceeded with an upgrade to one of my MTN accounts, I have been billed two months now for the upgrade but the phone has not been delivered. MTN's service is extremely poor, I have sent numerous emails explaining the issue yet my problem continues and I now have to resort to writing a complaint on Hello Peter.0 replies
