CM CLAY BRICKS & SAND QUARRY "
I bought 4000 clay stock bricks from this company, sent proof of payment & I was promised that my bricks will be delivered by the following week. It has been almost 2 months since I have no received my order, I was constantly given excuses as a result I requested my refund. I was sent **** proof of payment and I have not received my money till to date. I have been sending messages till they stopped responding to them. The sad part is that I did check the reviews about this company before I purchased from them and most of the reviews were good but in my case I feel that I have been ****med.

Full of excuses lost my money R9000 for bricks that did not show up he does not come back to me have multiple people with the same problem and now threatening us with legal actions but all we want is our money back

Good Service Communication
Order received a bit late, i think you guys must just notify a client when you are near so that a client can make arrangements, overall im very happy, good service. Even Though my order was a week late, i cannot say anything bad about the Company, I think communication is just key

Honestly happy and Satisfied
Im giving this Company 4 Star, because i believe in honesty. I ordered from them as my supplier was out of stock. Delivery was about 4 days late but the owner refunded my labor expenses due to the delay, i thank him for that. I also do understand that delays happen from time to time and we cannot always control it. My order was delivered yesterday after the delay they had. Im thankfull for the labour refund and i got my order. I will use you again in the future

I was told that cash deposits would be made and was asked for bank confirmation letters and additional documentation. Despite these assurances and repeated follow-ups, I have not received any refund to date. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Payment was taken in full, no goods were delivered, and the promised refund has not been honoured. I strongly advise buyers to exercise extreme caution, avoid paying in full upfront, and ensure proper buyer protection mechanisms are in place before proceeding with any transaction.</div>
