Very bad customer service. I took the insurance 6 months ago,uploaded pictures as requested. When I called them they told me they don’t have the pictures. SHOCKING. Today I called to change my residential address and night time parking,the same. They are telling me they picking up a different postal code for the address which is incorrect. The lady tells me it’s an internal issue they need to sort out. I ask what happens between now and them sorting it out???? No answer. So disappointing and I can’t imagine claiming with them
Horrible ****mers. I made a payment and enquired when cancelling my WiFi. They confirmed that my account is up to date. And I gave 30 days notice. They are now saying I must pay and I don’t know for what. And they are sending a new email instead of carrying on from the previous email they confirmed receipt of my payment
Horrible and worst customer service. My 1st time buying at Ayana, I bought 2 items and I only received one. When I check my other it says fulfilled. Mind you I am leaving Johannesburg soon and I need these items Order AY15887
My banking app is not working. It said I must insert my card at an atm to activate. Went to the atm and got an error VODS92D4PQDP. I have been trying to call the 087 575 0362 number no luck the call just drops. I am stuck with no help and I can’t access my online banking .
Recently took car insurance with Santam. They sent me links to inspect (upload pictures of my car) I did that on the 23rd of October, to my surprise I am getting a message saying I must do an inspection. I called to ask, the agent tells me “they can’t find my pictures” so that means my car was not covered this entire time? I was told there’s probably a problem with their link. Who’s fault isit? I am so shocked and don’t know if il stay with them.
If you are looking for a horrible service and horrible bank, trust FNB . I did a limit increase on my facility on the app, it gave me an error. I called and went on secure chart still no help. All consultants are telling me different things. I am being told the limit was not done but I received a message saying it was successful.
Pathetic service. I have 2 pending transactions. The merchant has confirmed that they released the payments however Capitec is still showing them as pending. I called them. Spoke to such a rude call centre agent called Ntsako who hung up demanding that I send pdf’s even though I have an email from the merchant stating all the details.
Banking with FNB is such a nightmare. I have been trying to increase my limit over draft the app wants me to upgrade my card before doing so , online banking has been saying a consultant will call me. Call centre says they have logged a request for someone to call me. Until this day no one has called me SINCE LAST WEEK.
Fnb always remains to be the ****tiest bank ever. I am trying to reduce my credit limit so I can’t close this stupid account and move to another bank, I am being taken from pillar to post and told it will take 3 to 5 business days. I can’t do it on the app. I can log on my online banking it says I need an atm. Mind you I am in the rural areas where there is no ATMs. What an inconvenience.
Don’t use IWYZE car insurance. They are the worst. They have been increasing my premiums for the past 3years and I have never not even once claimed. When you call them to ask for a decrease they tell you there’s nothing they can do they can’t help you. Their premiums go up and that’s it. Nvm getting ahold of someone to help you. You need a million rands worth of airtime
