Opthalmologist in George W Cape. A wonderful life changing experience from start to finish. All staff are friendly, efficient and obviously well trained. Rooms and theatre spotless, and feedback constantly provided. Cannot thank them enough for dual cataract removal surgery. Beatrice Goetsch
We had the pleasure of being attended to by James George and his team of colleagues at the George Branch York Street Foreign Exchange section. They were friendly, attentive, patient and efficient, working through the process and making us feel like family by the time we left. Congrats to ABSA for training staff who are always customer focused and driven.
After months of struggling we finally made contact with agent Bongane Hlatshwayo at the Cape Town Call Centre to assist with linking DSTV Premium account to Showmax. He assisted us calmly and patiently until satisfied that everything was working perfectly. Thank you Bongane - I did try to give you a 10 rating on the SMS I received but the phone refuses to send the message.
My Lalela WiFi UPS broke down on 1 March - although it was out of warranty I contacted their help e-mail and was blown away by the fantasic response I received. They sent a courier to collect the device the next day (I am in George W Cape), and 2 days later I received a brand new replacement device. Absolutely amazing service from this organisation!!

A web site that works, is user friendly and with almost instantaneous response. Have always had stock of parts needed and at very affordable pricing. Can highly recommend this supplier of parts for Honda and Hyundai mainly - also certain parts for other makes. Give them a try.
I submitted a claim under the Apex Motor warranty early in April . This was for an aircon re-gas for my vehicle. I had previously contacted Talksure who told me to have the work done, settle the supplier and submit the claim. This I did but I am still waiting for the refund of R350 despite numerous mails and follow-ups. As a result I will be cancelling all 3 policies that I have with this pathetic company
<p>I need to express our sincerest appreciation to Talksure / Ambledown for the fast, efficient and fuss free settlement of our claim following a Hernia operation. I don't know what we would have done were it not for the Gap Cover policy we took out with them. The Doctor and Anaesthetist were both "contracted ou" and consequently our Medical Aid only covered about 20% of the total cost of almost R30000! THANK YOU TALKSURE!!! Our Medical aid charges nearly R8k a month compared to only R165 for the Gap cover, this is a must have people</p>

I have seldom been assisted by someone with such professionalism, courtesy, empathy and out-of-the-box thinking. She struck me as being extremely well trained, highly knowledgable in terms of the product portfolio and most important, someone who genuinely had my best interests at heart.
