I went to Casternoff for treatment, I settled my bill before I left. The issue was the person at the hospital, Gave me someone elses bill. I paid and left. I later recieved calls saying I did not pay them, I explained and sent them proof that I paid. This was meant to be sorted. Later got calls from lawyers again, I explained the same thing, and now went to the hospital for this. They said it would be sorted. 2 years later, they are still asking me to pay a bill where the error was on their side. I paid someone else bill, cause they gave me that bill, now they want me to pay my own bill in full. There are protection of personal information breaches here. I thought, they want to settle this amicably.
<p>I called in about a month ago to reconnect my services and change the billing date. I wake up this,morning my account has been deactivated, so naturally I call the helpdesk again. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was then advised that there is no record of my interaction on the system, and thus I did not call. I was assisted again with changing the payment date, however my services will only be reconnected after I pay the reconnection fee.</p> <p> </p> <p>I refuse to pay the second reconnection fee after paying, the consultant had no other alternatives for me, I was literally two shades from being called a liar. </p> <p>This is the worst service I have have ever recieved. I want ny account reconnected anf they will recieve payment on the 15 as requested.</p>
