We had a accident where municipal was fixing the road and on the mirror my husband spotted a car driving so fast and he swept to the side and a side bracket hit under the car and went in the bushes..which didn't damage the car only the bottom ..the accessor called me and told me that he will go and access the car ..we waited and no feedback was given then I called the accessor and was not available all the time 3rd call she was not available then in few minutes I recieve a report saying car is written off..It has been a battle of up and down till now I was given a opportunity for a car replacement great .but the process has left me stressed π« I had extras in the car which they said they will replace as is and not leave me in a worse condition..I think am at the worst condition..the guy handling the claim I had mentioned that we paid for our leather seats and requested to exchange I had to wait for someone to come back from leave to be authorized which she did now we keep waiting for a letter/document that authoritizes its been a drag till now we stranded..I had also sent emails which where not responded ..the other guy whose doing the car process gives info that is not complete ..he said I must call my insurance to do another insurance..and the insurer wanted to know when am picking up the car and which dealer which I explained to the guy what the insurer said..but we still stuck
Hello am having trouble with this account which they keep send me invoices that I have not paid and we settled the account I also called there reception and the lady was very rude ..today again they sent me an invoice clearly they robbing us people
Yesterday was supposed to fly and couldn't because of my passport which I understand but what I don't understand is the fact am charged for a penalty which am not happy about ..when I got to the airport they had separated my ticket whereby I had purchased a paired ticket meaning they actually separated and knew that my passport had 135 days then the 150 days all I ask is for my total refund as I had no intentions of canceling my trip
I recently did an online shopping not realizing that I click on the wrong website..I contacted Capitec bank to assist in a reversal and I was told I should report in 30 days my question is how will you reach or get the money back in 30days what if the other account now won't have the funds for my reversal am really disappointed with capitec Bank..I tried to also get assistance on other products they provide/offer and they gave me a long story because the pay slip was In foreign currency and commission based and was told that they couldn't help me because of that ..I've been a customer for over 10 years but this bank can really disappoint
I have been try to send money home now for weeks and this company keeps declaning and says miss maltching of information that is correct i sent proof and akways send them thalt they alre actually lying to wlhalt they are saying i hapve been ap member of worldremit for ap while now ober a year and since this company join is a disappointment to use they can really lie when putting details things change automatically but this time i made sure i screenshot everything.. They keep sending me back and forth with accurate inforπ π
I sent money 12 December on my account and the transfer was successful i tried last Friday and keeps telling im using wrong recipient and i tried with different account and they say wrong account number i can't seem to get anywhere with the problem and now they say I've been changing recipients like i don't understand.. I have a sick child to assist and the finances are for her. They are really unreliable and not fair cause same transaction was made don't understand where they got the wrong name from as i never updated details since my last update before transaction in December
Today I went to clicks atterbury and bought 3 essentials but when I got home checking my receipt I released I paid for 4 things... The guy at the till had to reverse my things cause I needed a plastic.. But what I dnt get is y charge for a lipstick that I never even took I only have one that I initially bought smudge candy.. But I also charged for smudge magic which I don't even know the colour.. My till slip cashier name : says Bongani Like how do you charge for something that's not there
