I absolutely love their specials and quality products! Their online service is good as well,I get my orders quicker than the estimated time
Fnb has proven to be ******* and the thing is I have no control over them taking money from my account. So during the month of April I purchased vouchers and I noticed a fee was being taken wach time. I chatted on the fnb chat and queried this with them and they confirmed that it was for these vouchers but I weren't getting any joy with them answering if I would be charged again with my service fees so I called in. The consultant confirmed that since it's being taken with each purchase,they won't charge again with the bank fees. But low on behold,with my fees for my account,another 200 was deducted as service fees. I called in and queried and they said it was for the vouchers I think explained how the fee was being taken with eqch voucher then I was advised to email complaints. I laid a complaint on the 18 April 2025,of which i got a response but we kept going back me showing them screen shots and asking them to pull the records of my conversation because technically they have now billed me twice. Until this day,no response,I emailed again on the 22,23rd and 29 April 2025 and I'm just being ignored
They don't even deserve a one star review but I was forced to. I contacted them on the 5 November about their petrol smelling gin and a lady advised me to email them and the bottle store we bought the product from had also contacted them and we have received no response. It is now the 22nd of November! Why should we have to pay so much for a gin that tastes and smells like gasoline. I emailed them again today,awaiting a response but I'm sure it will be ignored like my previous call and email. As I advised them,we still have the bottle with basically a full bottle available for them to sample. It's cheaper to buy the petrol
I have been using fnb for many,many years and I've never received such pathetic service! My card expired on the 30 April,I received an sms on the 26th April stating that my card will be delivered to the boom street branch. I went there today and they had to call dsv because my card isn't there,It's out for delivery and I'll get an sms when they have it. It is now 15:37 I've called dsv,I've contacted the call centre and no one can tell me where the card is. The call centre said it takes 3 to 5 working days! I leave for my honeymoon on Monday,with no valid card. How am I supposed to purchase things??? Not all stores accept the virtual payment. I am so stressed!!! I don't understand how a card that expired on the 30 April still hasn't been delivered and today is the 3 may.
They food was absolutely amazing! The staff was very patient,as dinner had to be served later than expected. Everyone raved about the tasty food at my wedding,which made my heart so happy!
Terrible service,I requested a refund for an item and cancelled the order. They said everything was done,then the payment gets taken again now in January. I've been following up with them and haven't received any feedback,I'm always following up
Such pathetic service from such a reputable company. I bought a KIC refrigerator a month ago, the light inside the fridge never came on. I have to push it in in order to get it on. I haven't received any feedback from them and made contact with them 2 works ago. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this name brand
