Booked for my family to stay a nite due to unforeseen circumstances but standard and quality was bad .... firstly tv signal not working properly call reception sent Simone to check said reception faulty ... nothing he can do .... secondly breakfast scones hard over a day old, croissants burnt , no choice if u don't eat beef or pork , beef sausages dry looked like from yesterday as well , baked beam thick and dry probably yesterday's tooo ... waiters or servers didn't want to take away dirty dishes hard to call then each time . I call management this morning to tell them about the experience the manager a lady was unemotional just kept apologies noting she knew about bad service... also said scones baked fresh yesterday for today LOL ... I am a chef how freaking idiotic is she to tell me this . Her customer care skills pathetic ... couldn't even invite back to say sorry for **** stay wasted my hard earned... well we will never go back there for ****ty food and service
I ordered pizzas from westville debonairs for my child at ú19h00 pm Saturday nite order arrived 20.35 I took it as the kid was hungry only to find dry iced cold pizzas...I called store no answer called customer care only to be given email adress details to send complaints which I still did no reply uptill today which is now 3 days ago.I called yesterday as well said will get store to call so still waiting ....how pathetic service and worst customer care service
please be advised don't use greyhound buses .....their services are pathetic....they were taken of our roads for a reason best they stay out ....I unfortunately chose their services on the 8/06/2022 was worst experience ....drivers attitude so terrible bus heater on whole way we were boiling I informed driver but was more interested in fluking female passengers.....then in park station bundled out like dogs to get onto another bus....eldos .....u a joke ....***** u greyhound services
I am sitting in a bus from Johannesburg to Durban (9pm) time 10.15 pm......what ****m rubbish service this company is ....the bus vibrating like crazy .....I what apped their customer care to share this now says must lodge a complaint tomorrow..I a have a spinal fusion and broken leg ...cant fly but must be put through this **** ....u **** fat cats check your freaking crumbling buses don't expose us to ur ****
Worst ****m service firstly bus 2.5 hrs late ..... bus filthy not cleaned or sanitized....and filled to the rim ...I thought we still social distancing when I booked said buses not going full.... U are an ****holic excuse for a bus service ....if I or any passagers contact covid what are u gonna do .....intercape will beat u any day ..I want answers to this plus I contacted HD regarding this ....
I bought food last week Thursday 12/03/2020 mall if africa.... got home to find burnt food thrown into a box looked horrible ....I never tasted....sent message and pictures to customer care .....no response
Worst food experience. ....pls be warned .I order chicken schnitzel first one two little prices half burnt, second one tasteless. ...no seasoning deep fried in old old ,the side vegetable no seasoning. ..tasteless. ..cold . Sauce severed in little ramekin maybe about 3 table s****s when I asked for more i was a huge problem must pay for ....food seemed deep fried in old oil or cheap recycled palm oil....waste of
<p>Hi i paid my mum dstv via internet banking on the 9/11/2016 but no money reflecting on acc .i called to comfirm they were rude saying no payment made i sent numerous emails to customer care no reponse .i phone call centre again finally i was given email address for unallocated funds sent email still no answer.i was involved in bad accident and cant walk so cannot visit multichoice office so i guess the little money we had for enertainment is gone.Really something needs to be done they cant do this to innoccent people</p>
