I cannot even get a hold of these guys. I feel like cancelling this contract with them as the service is pathetic,I have not even started paying them but the service is already bad. Whenever I call them I cannot speak to a consultant and them I leave a message and no one gets back to me.
I cannot use it as I need a card and I cannot get service to help me. Shoprite does not even know how to use this new app,pick n pay could not help me also. Poor customer service,no one gets back to you.....we have to chat with an AI. I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE NOT A MACHINE......
I Was one of the first parents to apply online,plus I also app**** to the school we wanted to go to send my daughter to,till now she has not been placed.Why am I being turned down cause I dont live close to the school.....Why cant I send my child to a decent school that I can afford.....so now I have to wait for the Government to allocate me a school and I dont even know if that school is up to standard or close to me ......Or I have to send her to a private school and I cannot afford it.This GDE system is ****.
I would like to withdraw my RA but was told I could not as its over a certain amount. I have been retrenched and cannot afford to make any payments on the policy.I am sure the Sanlam can make exceptions on the payments on the RA,as we are not living in normal times.Alot of us have lost jobs and are struggling to make end meets....but we have money that cannot be touched.There is other companies that have paid policies out due to the covid pandemic.Please try and think about other options for us to access the money.
Terrible service from these guys. They came to install a wifi router without us present,the signal is so bad that you cannot even stream or watch movies on showmax,they should have checked the line sight signal....before they installed it.I called numerous times and spoke to different people and no one can give me feedback .I have to use my airtime to call them only to be told that they will call me back,which they never do.I would not recommend them to anybody....I will not pay for something that I cannot use.
I have been trying to call them but cannot get a hold of standard bank. Very bad service ,I am holding on for almost 30 minutes.
I have resigned on the 13/12/2018.Sanlam only sent my Pension fund to Sars a month later the 14/01/2019. I have been calling them and Sars and no one has a definite answer as to when I will recieve my pay out.Sanlam told me it was manually submitted not electronically submitted on the 14/01/19. I called again today the 05/02/19 as Sars and they told me its been posted back to Sanlam on the 22/01/19 and Sanlam tells me they did not get the forms as yet.....seems like its lost in the post. Sanlam tells me Sars will never post anything but hand deliver to them,and Sars tells me they dont hand deliver but they post?? I dont know what to do as both parties are not willing to help me or give me some positive feedback.
