I wish to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I have received after opening an FNB Ashburton investment account for my son. What should have been a straightforward process has instead been marked by continuous communication failures and a lack of transparency. From the onset, there was no acknowledgement email, welcome communication, login information, or confirmation that the investment account had been successfully activated. I repeatedly had to follow up and request basic confirmation regarding the status of the account. Furthermore, funds were deducted from my son’s account without any prior communication, explanation, or visibility on where the funds were allocated. To date, I still do not have proper access to monitor or track the investment, and when checking under my investment profile, it reflects zero investments despite deductions having taken place. I once again had to follow up and request access details, yet the matter remains unresolved. Additional deductions have since been processed, still without any communication or account visibility from your side. This entire experience reflects a serious service failure and has left me regretting my decision to invest with FNB Ashburton. As a client, I should not have to repeatedly chase basic information or struggle to access and monitor my own investment portfolio. Most concerning is the uncer*****y this creates regarding the security and traceability of my son’s investment in the long term. If I am experiencing this level of difficulty accessing information while alive and actively following up, it raises serious concerns about what could happen in the future should anything happen to me. I expected professionalism, transparency, and proper client support from FNB Ashburton, but unfortunately my experience has been the complete opposite. I request urgent intervention, proper access to the investment account, full transparency regarding all deductions made, and confirmation of where the invested funds are currently allocated. I am deeply disappointed by the level of service received.
We got a notification that Vuma will be conducting maintaince this week and suddenly we do not have connection at all for 7 FULL days. How on earth was this determined and how are we supposed to work when we cant access wifi for 7 full days yet they want their full payment month end. What kind of ridiculous service is this
Ordered 18 items today from Takealot and was told I will get them today only for the to deliver 6 items and tell me others were lost in transit like what the hell. What nonsensical service is this, how do I even trust them with bigger items. Had I known this nonsense will occur I would have gone to the shops to buy this items myself. FNB forex and international payment diving are the most useless departments ever, they take forever if ever to allocate payments. Payments are only allocated when you call and repeat call 100 times. They are meant to be a gate way for international payments but they are useless in every way. At this point I am going to remove all my business banking from FnB because the stress, incompetence and uselessness is not worth it. Followed up on payments for weeks and weeks still no allocation of funds, being told to call divisions you end up calling the entire AM
Good day, I received a message today indicating that my cover was terminated due to non-payment. This is incorrect. Payments are made via debit order, and the debit order was successfully processed. I therefore find the communication both inaccurate and concerning. I kindly request that this matter be corrected immediately and that my cover be reinstated without delay. Please also provide confirmation once this has been resolved to prevent any further inconvenience. I trust this will be addressed as a matter of urgency.

Took out my third home loan with FNB and they have honestly done their worst, Month 1 interest was R13 556.05 second month I am charged interest of R42 878.87 no reason provided for this, even their consultants cannot explain it. Why on earth will I be charged interest that is 4 times more without any reason, is this FNB;s new way of de*****ing us. I need this rectified urgently, I put it extra money in the account for my savings and it was all swallowed by the ridiculous interest that they took. I bought 5gig data from Vodacom and it was depleted in less than 1 hours with only a few WhatsApp chats, no video no streaming. Total reap off by Vodacom. They must just find new ways of *****ing from clients besides depleting 5 gig data in a blink of an eye
I am highly disappointed in the Capricom Polokwane branch service I have been engaging them since the beginning of the month to get my account activated, till today the account is still not active. I am running a business and need wifi, a consultant by the name of Marco has been on this case and it does not seem to be moving. I am extremely disappointed that today is the 1st, and our WiFi service is still not activated. I have been following up on this matter for the entire month, yet there has been no resolution. If you are not in a position to provide the service, kindly communicate this directly. At this stage, I need clarity on what further steps are required from my side to finally get this service activated. If we are struggling so much just to get activation how much worse will it be to get help when wifi is down.
I ordered all my household items from Takealot with a commitment that I will get them today by , I am driving to Limpopo to receive the items I am now told that they will deliver on Monday they did not even engage me if the date will suit me. I am supper annoyed and irritated if the items are not delivered today please refund all my money I will buy from other stores tomorrow clearly you are beyond useless when it comes to keeping your commitments Deliver today or cancel the order and I need my refund today to buy the items tomorrow
