<p>A friend and I purchased individual vouchers for The Kinesiology Healing Centre of Johannesburg . However when I tried to make a booking, I was told that there is only 1 the****** in the whole of SA that does these massages so it would mean that my friend would have to wait while my massage is being done. This was not acceptable to me so I requested a refund from Groupon - they advised that since it was outside of the 7 day period, they will give me a credit and not a refund. I was not happy with this as there was no indication on the voucher that there is only 1 the******. My request for credit was sent on the 03.10. On 05.10 I received an email from Ridwa advising that my credit will reflect within the next 24 to 48 hours. when I checked on the 10.10 - once again my credit was not reflecting - I had to send Ridwa another email and I was advised that the credits were pending so Ridwa then manually re-applied the credits so it should have reflected in my account on the 10/10. The credit only reflected on the 11.10. So therefore not only did Groupon "hold' onto my funds - which they had no right too - there was also false advertising wherein nowhere was it stipualted that there is only 1 the****** for the Kinesiology Healing Centre of Johannesburg </p>
<p>I had a massage booked for 10am on the 09.10.2016 (2 people). As with spa treatements we arrived 15 mintues before our treatment was scheduled. At 10am we were informed that only 1 the****** was on the premises and that the other one was on her way. we waited for 45 mintes and still no the****** so we left. Imagine my surpise when I checked on my groupon accounbt on monday - it reflected that The Lakes Hotel had claimed the payment for a service that was never rendered. I then phoned the Lakes Hotel and was asked to speak to Botwell, who promised to investigate and revert within an hour - its now more than 24 hours later with no phone call from him. So I phone again and ask to speak to the General Manager - Shireen. Le-aan took the message and advised me that Shireen was on the premises, but just not in her office however she will call me - 2 hours later and no phone call. </p>
