Stay away from this company, they **** you into a yearly sub and keep on deducting your account for the next year of R229. There is also no one that you can speak to.
I am writing this review with the hope of resolving my dispute. It has now been a year that I have been struggling to finalize the claimed debt from your sister company Quiktrade, that handles the trading side of things. I am also tired of explaining myself to your Excalibur debt department over and over. I have spoken to Donavon Wright and it seems like he can also not make decisions or have the decency to come back to a person with answers. Today my debt went from R5518.80 to R7199.89. You cannot phone me 2 years later and say oh by the way you owe us money and say nothing for the 2 year duration. I paid for my Stock market course R52000 in full, which was not even worth that price as I am still not able to trade on my own. The sad part is that today you can join the Quicktrade part month to month yet you want to hold me to a 36-month contract whereas I never even received any signals for the billed amount. I am really at my wit's end and am so displeased with your company's service and support. Absolutely disgusting how you can just mess people about. Dear Donovan/ Zotwa It is now going on for several months where I get called by your department or Excalibur debt collection and hopefully here with the mail we would be able to conclude the outcome. I'll explain my situation to you and to everybody else cc'd into his mail. I also get asked when I will be paying the outstanding debt and yet it is not as simple as that and need a summary with higher authority to make the decision regarding this matter. in 2020 I was retrenched due to the covert pandemic. I called your department for some relief until I could find a job and would then carry on paying my instalments. The stock market College it was not a problem as I had insurance cover the shortfall until I could find work again I. your department denied my request of freezing the monthly bill of R245. I spoke to my wife about this and she said that she would pay this amount because it is not a big total. This went on Until I found work again and as per normal, but they would order would just have carried on. Neither my wife or myself picked up that quick trades was not going off anymore due to it being such a small amount. I also never received any signals from quick trade for more than two and a half years. Then last year 2022 out of the blue I get a call from Excalibur asking me when I will be paying off the debt that I owed. Now here is my question to you. I paid my stock market course in full that most likely cost me R52,000 with all the interest and admin. And how does it work that I only get called two and a half years later from your company to ask me when I am making full payment of R5518.80. I don't think that this is lawful or fair. This is also not the only problem; how can you charge me for something which I also haven't received in 2 and 1/2 years? This is like going to do groceries at checkers and I walked out with nothing, yet I get billed for buying nothing. Please feel free to give me a call on 084 6770923.
