I am very disappointed in the level of service I have received by Uber, especially their "Help " option. I am a regular customer as I do not have a car and require a taxi service in order to get to and from work on nights when I have to work late. I also use Uber when I need to go to the shop or hospitals etc. I use Uber every week. Up to 5 times a week sometimes. I usually pay cash as I do not have a credit card. I have often pay driver's more than the trip cost due to them not having change for me. This incident happened about a month ago. When getting in the car, I asked the driver does he have enough change for me as I have a note and the trip was not going to be very expensive. He informed me he does and that it won't be a problem. We arrived at my destination and he then told me he does not have enough change for me. He stated I must NOT pay him, he will contact Uber, explain the situation and request that they charge me on my next trip for this previous trip. I asked if he was sure about this and he said he has done it before. Now according to Uber he stated I refused to pay him. Uber have now taken away my cash option. I can only pay using a card payment. When trying to load my card details I get a constant error message. I have been in contact with Uber regarding this matter, through email correspondence. Uber stated driver's have complained about me not paying which is a lie and Uber have NEVER contacted me regarding this issue. All they tell me now is that they have removed my cash payment option and I need to load the card payment. The more I explain it will not accept my card payment, the more they send me the steps on how to load it. They are not interested in assisting me. I am met with a '"**** you and your business" attitude. Well that is how I feel. It has been a month now and I am no closer to sorting out my problem. Due to Uber not assisting me, I had to take the bus late one night, walking alone, as a woman, ended in me being harassed by people on the street, I had to run home. No matter what I say in my complaints, they say the same thing and have made no effort to even ask me what error I am receiving. Uber has made a lot of money out of me. And I am very upset about how I am being treated. I have come to Hello Peter and as I do not know what more to do to get a solution. If they do not want or need my business, they must say so.
<p>After the service I received there the day I came in, how disinterested and rude everyone was, even at the front. They may have a big name but it doesn't mean any of the employees need to act like they're doing any favours. We paying you to do what we want. Everyone looks so miserable / irritated. I am so put off of Tosca in general.</p> <p> </p> <p>Extreme disappointment with the service I received when I came in to the store in Tygervalley.<br />I had gone for a haircut, previously, I can't remember the girls name, which went very well. She was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Which would make me want to come back.</p> <p>I then came and got eyelash extensions. She did a great job a was also very friendly. Though I have barely put mascara on and my eyelashes do not fall out, they seem to have come out very quickly.</p> <p>I then went back....and spoke to some girl with pinkish hair and a nose ring. <br />It was regarding bleaching my hair. Now I am not stupid, I know it's an expensive and long process. But she made me feel like she was very disinterested in what I had to say. I was friendly and she looked like she'd rather be doing anything else than talking to me. <br />She seemed miserable and bored with my questions. </p> <p> </p> <p>They then sent me an email apologizing then asking me what I want done about my lashes????</p> <p>TOSCA should have told me what they will do for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>My temper isn't the best and they really pushed my limits.</p>
