The DotSure Rewards Programme (“Dot Carrot”), which has been debiting an amount of R99 monthly from my bank account since 2023. At the time of enrolment, I was promised access to various rewards as well as regular monthly communications outlining these benefits. However, I wish to highlight the following concerns:The only communication I ever received was the initial welcome message. Since then, I have received no further correspondence, including the promised monthly updates. Despite multiple attempts to contact your organisation via email, I have not received any response. The contact telephone numbers provided appear to be non-functional, preventing any form of direct communication. I have not received any rewards or benefits from the programme since inception. The tracking device provided has never functioned properly. Given the above, it is evident that the services for which I have been continuously billed have not been delivered as promised.
It is first of all extremely expensive, for the price you pay you expect to get assistance where needed. I have failed so many times. I have requested guidelines as to what I am not doing right so I can improve. After all, it is an open book exam. I've been heating a brick wall. I requested to apply for a rewrite with revision. I was told it's not going to help me. I enquired what will then help me, anothe brick wall.
If you are driving a renault, just know you will struggle with spare. I ordered an antenna in December 2023, and it only arrived in 2025 March . Unfortunately, the vehicle was involved in an accident it is taking them over 4 weeks to come up with the spares. I have never heard of such terrible turn around time. Why are you selling a vehicle to public that doesn't have spares.
I finally cut ties with Vodacom but it did not go without drama a Ms N Mkhize who is employed at Vodacom cancelations showed me flames with her condescending attitude, went to a point of hanging up the call without helping. She instructed me to look for my statements on my email as I am looking for my statement she comes for me when I told her to calm down she hung up the call. Good bye Vodacom. 1st They delivered late, then they did not deliver everything agreed upon. Then their grass is of the poorest quality, full of ****.
Why am watching the exact same show day in and day out month in and out, I am paying R500 months for a repeat of shows ngeke I am tire I am watching a show I was watching 2017 same channel same day of the week same time it's like deja😡
I accidentally damaged my vehicle in 2023 December claimed from my insurance. They referred me to DALS for repair quotation. They gave the quotation to the insurer and the insurance claim was approved on the 05 December 2023. I told I need to wait for DALS to inform me when to bring the vehicle. It has been over 6 months of me waiting for my vehicle to be repaired up until today I have been waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. I was told they still waiting for spares. I don't understand that for 7 full months they are waiting for spare.
Checkers hyper Sandown Parkland deli, my word you are going to make people sick. After renovations I was hoping things have changed but no, flies were sitting on the cooked food, bad attitude from some stuff members refusing to give service, then I payed R51 for a fish I could not eat because the fish it self is not fresh and is wearing a big blanket of batter.
Webafrica installed a router in October, I have been billed since yet there is no internet connection. The technical team failed to solve my problem. They only answer call for new aspiring customers but they cannot service the customers that they currently have.
I was assisted by Andisiwe Malangeni, she was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. patient, listened and understood what I needed.
