Shockingly bad. Like wow! I can not express the amount of steps that were not useful
Quay Properties was not the company we initially selected to sell the house. So, when we were informed that this had changed, the wife and I were rather shocked. Concerned about where our money was. After all, we were paying for the brand name (the previous company's owner has personally phoned to apologise - thank you for this). Then there's the fact that when given the opportunity to write the date for occupancy, they got it wrong (the wife also got it wrong), and we had to move out a month early. Then they referred us to a lawyer who was so bad at their job we had to hire another. I cannot state his/lawyer's business's name as it is a sole proprietor... And Doxxing is not cool. Quay One also neglected to tell the new owners about items we were taking with us, so we were slapped with a law suite. Should have been verbally said and written into the contract. Again, the wife could have read the contract better. Anyway! The owner of the previous company called me personally to apologise. I was met with a greatly patient CEO. Quay One has not phoned me.
Johann was great! Informative and attentive!
Hello William Simpon, For the last two years, the airbag on my passenger side of the dashboard has been lifting. Why it's done this no one knows, as nothing has hit my car and I've not been in an accident. On the two occasions, I've asked about what I can do to repair it, at two different William Simpson dealerships, I was told that this is a totally unique and isolated instance that would cost R20 000 to completely replace and repair dashboard. Also as the maintenance has expired (which is totally understandable) I'd have to foot the bill. But the other day, about two weeks ago, in a parking lot outside of the Builders in Kenilworth I saw an exact 2012 Fiat 500 1.2L Cabriolet as my own with the same issue. I spoke to the owner and he told the same story, no idea why it's happening but the airbag is lifting. Then at the Claremont William Simpson, I noticed that the Fiat 500 1.2L Cabriolet being stored of the weekend 20 - 22 April was also about to have its airbag do the same thing. So, this is me asking, "Is there a manufacturing fault with the 2012 Fiat 500 airbags, and did we all miss a recall?" I love my car, so keeping it going safely is in my best interest. Regards, Andrew.

Hello @GoSharkDiving,

I emailed you about refunding my uncles trips in an email, and told you that I wanted to resolve this out of the public spotlight - but no. Here's a reminder of what I requested in that message you ignored.

It was about reimbursing my uncle for trip, which he wasn't able to go on due to weather, and was charged roughly R4 000. In email conversation you had with him you said that refunding this money wasn't issue and assured him that you'd be giving the money back, because services were not rendered.

That was 6 months ago!

Since he lives in Canada, and time zones makes communication and phoning you at office hours difficult, he asked me to step in and help - I live in Cape Town.

Now that I've phoned you multiple times, emailed you, got through to an old employee who wasn't impressed her number was still on your site, and still experiencing radio silence it can only mean one thing. You've already used the money to purchase other items.

Like a new office kettle, or new flyers to hand out to other tourists at the V & A Waterfront, I could list items that you've used the money for, for DAYS! Why have I said these thing? Because without facts I am only left with speculations.

Please can I have an answer, otherwise I'll have to speculate on what has happened to this money on a daily basis for the foreseeable future.

Regards,
Mr Macfarlane
