On the 3rd of May 2026 my aunt was given terrible service at spar supermarket sibasa. She paid double the price of 60 eggs that were on special because the manager decided to switch off the till while she was in the process of paying for eggs. When she asked while still in the shop she was told the other transaction which is fnb card will reverse which didn't happen till date. She's been to spar supermarket sibasa 2ce with no hope of help and also went to fnb bank but the bank comfirms problem lies with spar supermarket sibasa. I was ill treated by spar thohoyandou security guards at the entrance, the forced and insisted that my handbag must be seariby a male security guard when I complained they told me as long they're not taking anything from my handbag is fine. According to rules of SA wether in saps or sandf or security force a male must never search a female. Please reprimand this kind of behaviour as it makes customers uncomfortable. I never wish to visit Spar Thohoyandou mutsindo mall again.
Im having a terrible experience with Beares Thohoyandou Capricorn plaza in receiving my Pargo parcel. I sent my cousin with my ID and hers to collect my Woolies online parcel but they lie to me saying Pargo instructed them not to issue anyone who's parcel does not belong to them. When I call Pargo to confirm when did the policy change they don't know about it. Now I've been waiting for more than an hour while they discuss if the parcel should be issued to the person I sent or not. At first they said the person sent to collect the parcel should write affidavit which is not part of the Pargo policy too.
