On the 1st of August I started with porting in my number from FNB to Vodacom. Upon till now the porting has still not happened as Vpdacom had problems with their system which was sorted out last week. Porting still has not been done.
I had a new carpet fitted in the maun bedroom of my house by WR Flooring. After a month one of the places where the carpet was joint still kept on tearing as well as on some other spots where carpet was not joint. One plave on the carpet also started making a hump. I got in contact with the owner of WR Flooring and he came to have look, take photos to send to his supplier. The supplier then came out too investigate and take photos again to send to Belgotex who makes carpets. Time went by and I had to follow up regularly as I do not get feedback from anyone. Eventually WR Flooring came back to me saying his supplier that came to investigate was the wrong supplier. An Belgotex rep then came out to investigate as well. After numerous phone calls again WR Flooring came back and said they along with Belgotex will come for a second visit to pick carpet up as they suspect there is fault with underlay of the carpet. This about a month and a half back. I am constantly phoneing and sending messages to WR Flooring with no answer and no reply as to the plan forward. I am very dissapointed especially in Belgotex who has good nsme and reputation in the carpet industry.
<p>I did a premature cancellation on my one contract in March this year. After struggeling for a month I eventually got the contract cancelled. After this was sorted I found that Vodacom deducted the cancellation fee from my account after everything has been paid in full. I have been in contact with them ever since to get the issue resolved. I just keep getting a new referance number each time and after a while a message saying the the quary has been resolved. The issue just does not get resolved.</p>
