Good day It is with a sad heart I'm writing these mail, I have been paying for this policy since 08 January 2015 policy ********** 3. On the 23 March I call the office on these numbers ********** 457 just to check whether things were still up to date. I was referred to Ms. Promise Mblambo who has been sending me from office to office until she started lying to me saying she will get back to me. Shockingly I learnt the policy hasn't been captured not sure as I have been paying since from 2015 to date. Im helpless on how to solve the matter. Regards
I had a contract with Altech Netstar which ended in June 2017. A consultant from the company called me several times on renewal of the device I told them I dont want to renew with them. They never advised me to call in or write a cancellation letter. Two months later I received a statement saying I owed R310.08, I called the company spoke to Ms Marie-anne who is very rude. She told me she will get back to me for clarity as to who exactly called me. Despite the emails I have sent no response came my way and now the account has been handed to a collections company while I was awaiting response from her. I feel the company is being unfair to hand my account over to be paying so much chargers with an account that was still under investigations.

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I'm writing this letter heart broken, I'm insured with western national number:SB110589/14. Currently got into an accident the cost of the damage is R 23400.57 and the insurance wants me to pay access fee of R 18000.00 because the third party run off , so its irrecoverable cost on their side. I don't know was I supposed to chaise after a taxi and risk being shoot. Please help me i'm out of option I cant afford that cash.</p>
