Poor machinery equipment
Poor quality on their bush cutter, I bought a machine December 21 last year and it was broken in March 2026, when sent it back m told wrong mixer but I have the same machine for the same mix and the machine it's still working I bought it 2023 this one lasted for 2 months within warranty now they are coming with stories

Poor service
The worse nightmare, I have a contract with Telkom for data month to month, I received their invoice yesterday that I must pay 637 while my monthly payment is 369 for 180gb lte deal when I try to call them they don't have a customer care line instead u listen to the voice prompt and they will send u a link, I want to speak to an agent not Ai system, disgusted

Pathetic company
I have app**** for my pension and provided funds withdrawal from 14 February 2025, I have been calling every week, spoke to different agent with lies that an email was sent to me, I've asked the proof until today m still waiting, I spoke to the person responsible for my claim she confirmed that I will get my money with 24-48 hours instead of payment I get an sms that my contact has been updated what a hell did I update my details while waiting for my money, I so wish people can move to other companies cos this company is ***********, to my surprise people that app**** after my application they've already received their payout while m still waiting for mine
