Steers Dedeur has poor delivery service. On the call the consultant said its 45min away, they always say its 45min, yet it goes over and no one calls to notify on the delay, not even the manager. I placed a telephonic order at 14:15 pm, at 15:53 pm, I receive an sms that my order is the way. Its over 2,5 hrs my order is still not here yet. Upon arrival my order is very cold.
I am writing this email with deep disappointment and distress following an appalling experience I had today at your Eyethu Mall branch. I visited the store with my two young children, aged 3 and 8, intending to dine in. Unfortunately, the store was very busy with limited seating available. I politely approached two teenagers seated at a nearby table and asked to borrow one of their chairs so that my children and I could sit at a two-seater table. They kindly agreed. However, shortly after, a staff member (pictured below) aggressively interrupted us while sweeping the floor. Without greeting or any courtesy, she barked at me, saying, “When you're done, take that seat back!” I calmly responded by pointing out that she hadn’t greeted me, and asked whether it isn’t her responsibility to assist customers—especially those struggling to find seating. What followed was completely unacceptable and humiliating. She began shouting at me, pointed her finger at me multiple times, and openly swore at me—loudly and in full view of her colleagues, other customers, and worst of all, my children. She claimed she could not be disciplined because she’s “the best” and that even reporting her to management would be useless because her mother is a manager. She further insulted me, calling me an “ugly *****,” and returned for a second round of verbal abuse while I stood waiting for my order. To make matters worse, some of her colleagues witnessed the entire incident and appeared to encourage her behavior rather than intervene. I collected my oder to another staff. I am shocked and hurt by what transpired. No customer—especially one accompanied by young children—should ever be subjected to such degrading treatment. This employee's behavior was aggressive, vulgar, and completely unbecoming of your brand. I demand that this matter be escalated urgently, that disciplinary action be taken, and that I receive a formal response outlining how Chicken Licken intends to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I am available should you require any additional details or clarification. Her picture attached, my kids emotionally abused as well as proof of payment.
I'm writing this as I am furious about the service at Discovery, their client bumped my car and I had to pay R1800 for towing, I even had to store the vehicle at my own storage, use public transport [which I never budgeted for], I'm about to loose my job since it involves travelling [meaning I will also loose my house], I spoke to this rude consultant and She told me it's FINE IF I LOOSE MY JOB because of their slow process, I have been actively Legal Liability Advisor [Radichaba Machaba] who is ignoring me and isn't giving me speedy and efficient service. I just started a new job and I currently don't have insurance as I wasn't working previously.IM SERIOUSLY NOT HAPPY AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO CLAIM OR EVEN TAKE VEHICLE INSURANCE FROM DISCOVERY...ITS ****PY BUSINESS!
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately mine isn't good :(</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a young black woman working in houghton estate.</p> <p>I was at pickpay paying at till number 02;time was around 13:00.</p> <p>The que was for "less than 10 items" however I had 12 items.infront of me was a white lady who had almost the same number as mine,She paid at teller no 01 and She was given a very good service.</p> <p> </p> <p>However teller number 02 gave me attitute and threaths.I said to her "Hi,I know this till is for "less than then items,can you please process,I am in a hurry.She said to me and I quote"Why dont you ask me nicely to process your "more than 10 items",I said to her I have already asked.She scanned only 10 items and returned the other items,I was shocked at this because firstly She just took a purchasing decision not knowing my buying power,I then asked to her return some items they can add up to 10.She called her Manager to void an item.While the Manager was on her was She swore at me,She told me I should ask and not just command her,I replied and asked her if She wants me to beg her to do her job",She belittled me by saying "just because you are wearing a fancy outfit you think I am nothing",she said to me "I will wait for you outside and beat the hell out of you",I was shocked at this and before I could reply the Manager came to assist with the purchase,she lied and told her Manager that I never asked her to process my "more than 10 items",the teller said "She will resign because her ex collegue left due to unfair treatment by other customer".This teller kept swearing at me and said "nx" so many times.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since this incident happened I am worried about my safety,please clarify:</p> <p>-should I not buy at pick & pay because I will be beaten by a pick & pay staff member</p> <p> </p> <p>I need you to address this matter as soon as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>Angry Customer,</p> <p> </p> <p>Lerato</p> <p> </p>
