Don't buy this concrete stone.
My dogs have been on hunger strike with this food. Bought the beef stew flavour from pnp because it was on special- what a waste of money. Its like gravel, hard as rocks. Needed to soften it with warm water so that they would eat- even then, they are just avoiding their bowls. Avoid at all costs, its nasty.

Payment system does not work at all.
My dad is a patient with Bonitas. Every month he makes a manual payment to them for his premium. I do the admin, because the CreditControl department at Bonitas cannot pick up payment form the bank automated system, and clearly also can't read bank statements. This is yet another month where payment was done on the 1st, proof emailed and acknowledged by every other email that I cc'd - and today Credit control emails to say that the account was suspended again. Unless you phone them and sit in an automated queue for 30 minutes plus, there is no recourse to client care other than me emailing. Now beyond manually sending proof of payment each and every month to every single email we have for Bonitas- I am at my wits end. This is DISGUSTING behaviour for a service that is required by people who have health issues.

What a pleasure dealing with Marizel Bernardo from Dotsure today. My little furbaby is now insured and I feel so much relief.
