Contacted them regarding a burst geyser and their response was amazing
Today Frogfoot contract excavated my driveway without any prior warning or notice. I was unable to get out of my property. This afternoon they have fill the excavation without compacting. When I contact their contract Frans le Roux, I am told they are not finished yet and he then drops the call. On trying to find him in the area he is no where to be found, only labourers working. When you contact Frogfoot by e-mail all you get is an automated generated responce.
<p>I have been with Autopage since 2002 never a problem. Glocell hasve taken over my contract and I was due for an upgrade End of May. Glocell contacted me and the terms of the new upgrade were agreed to. BUT here comes the problem my new handset would be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. After Logging support tickets requsting call backs and spendind hours holding on STILL NO NEWC HANDSET. When you ask for a manager they are always in meetings. as a service provider this is the worst service i have ever experuienced.</p>
