Worst experience ever , we went there yesterday 27 May, thought we'd try something different than the usual places we go to. Came there ordered 2 cuppuccinos, coffee was cold when it arrives, we ordered the crispy onion cheese burger, we waited close to an hour for the burgers. Eventually the waitress comes with the burgers and tells us ' sorry it took so long, they made you the wrong burgers. By this time our coffee is up because it was cold, we told her to give the cokes as takeaways but because we waited so long I asked her to bring the cokes. The burger, I don't even know, the roll was hard, burger was cold, onions on there was stringy, the patty was horrible, I was so nauseous after that, my daughter ate half her burger and said she doesn't want any more. The waitress was gone the whole time, didn't check up if everything was ok, seems like she didn't care. The chips was nice but that was the only thing that was nice on that plate. Got home and still felt nauseous Bad food, bad service, Wimpy Liberty Promenade Mall will never see me again.
My wifi went off yesterday LOS button flickering red. Was in contact with an agent named Phumeza. Phumeza you have no customer skills, no empathy towards your customer and your answers was clearly AI generated. I asked how do I go about doing a cancellation and expected an aswer from you, I didn't mean do a cancellation I was merely asking a question for future reference and while waiting for an answer you informed me to please hold while you do a cancellation request. I asked a ****** question, I did not give you an instruction to do so but since you did...you should be sent back to training and learn some customer skills. I am glad you don't work in a hospital, I shudder to think what you would do to patients. So I guess because of you Phumeza Webafrika has lost a customer.
Last night I went to PnP Promenade mall. I bought 4 baby vests thats on a promo 2 for R50. I didnt ch3ck the slip until today( the next day).That is when I saw that the discount was not deducted, I then inboxed pnp on Facebook. Then they demanded a picture of the promo sticker, which I already threw away in the bin, they told me that they could not help me until I have proof that it was a promo. So I had to go and scratch in my dirty bin was is unhygienic to say the least and I found the stickers, I then sent xthem a pic of the stickers and then nothing. I then said they should keep their f@€£!* discount and that I'm done with pnp. They did not even respond. To think that I shop there every month and one mistake on their part and they treat me like a liar and a dishonest person. That I can assure you I'm not. You were wrong and your stock should be correctly added to your tills and your tellers should watch the discounted products. You have made me very angry pnp, I'm MAD !!! I will not be spending my money at pnp anymore.
So its been more than a month now and I'm still waiting on my parcel, which was re-routed 3 times and still has not arrived. I even had my lawyer contact them and still no parcel. According to them I collected my parcel in PE but I'm in Cape Town and have no means of collecting it. I'm thinking of opening a case of theft against them.
Pargo couriers was supoosed to deliver my parcel sent to them by Buffalo Logistics, as per e-mail, I contacted them and informed them the address was wrong and its going to Uitenhage PE which is a 7 hour drive feon where I am. I was sent an e-mail that it was re- routed but it still went to the wrong address. Bad service I am receiving. Im flippen disappointed and angry and I want my parcel !!!
