What a bad experience I had at ShopRite Bapong or whatever it is, as a first time customer in that ****** store, where kiosk cashiers were even verbally attacking us rather than rendering a service, just because we don't have three items, but items we had would never make someone so angry, just few 500ml can make a cashier to turn you away and fight you, even the stupid admin manager Ellen said Bapong law, we don't scan more than 3 items at kiosk, actually we were supposed to just sell cigarette, which ShopRite law says that, can head office reply here maybe I don't know ShopRite law that applies at Bapong and not to other branches, I will never shop there anymore and don't recommend anyone to do that, they are horrible, pick n pay is better.and please please do not call me, if you don't want to work there are a lot of unemployed guys that are looking for work and to serve, improve your customer service, and stop treating customers bad.

I had a bad experience when a lady working there was forcing me to put my empty plastic with a purse at their stupid parcel counter and I explained it to her that I have nothing in the plastic it is only my small purse and ask her if she can search me at the door maybe as a black woman I look like a *****, the lady was so rude to me she made my shopping unpleasant I ended up getting what I was looking for at jet home, at jet home they were so friendly ands welcoming unlike the ladies at pep crossing, they are disgusting me.

I went to pick n pay jubilee mall on the 24 th of dec, so I wanted to exchange some dress which I bought last month and it is small and I lost the slip, so wanted to exchange it for a bigger size which was not there, so this till controler or what ever she is, gave me an attitute and told me I must go sell it if it is small, they won't exchange it without a slip, her name is sewela or something like that, she has a gents hair cut, she really made my shopping unpleasant, so I am pleading with headoffice to tell me where can I exchange that dress, or where can I sell if pnp can't exchange you have ro sell things that don't fit you, as you don't even have a fitting room anyway, those retarts are treating our parents bad there, they think they can get away with bad customer service, she doesn't own pnp, and she must treat customers with respect and she must wear her ****** name badge I had to ask around for her stinking name, thank you can I be assisted please.
