Customer complaint
<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p><br />The 8th of June is the day that I was verbally insulted at the forever new store at Bedford centre <br />By the Assistant manager<br />I recall being called a *****,*****,and a skunk , my mother was also included to being referred <br />as a ***** and my mother was not even present at that moment .<br />She (Rachelle) then called the security guards come escort this ***** out of her ****ing store (referring to me).<br />I had asked her (Rachelle) repeat what she had been calling me and she had no problem whatsoever to repeat <br />It was then clear that I have been degraded from being a costumer to every word of insult she had referred me to</p> <p><br />I called the forever new HR department and then called Monya who showed no interest on solving the matter<br />I therefore intend to take this matter further<br />I had been buying most of my garments at that branch for years and I had stopped and opted for the store in Eastgate mall due to Rachelle's attitude towards me<br />Should anyone be interested in solving the matter as I had noticed the lack of professionalism and customer service here are my contact details below.</p> <p>[email protected]<br />0726247896</p>
