Waiting in Sandton service Centre once again service is pathetic from head office to the dealers, exactly the same as a parastatal with no service at all, not even water offered on this boiling hot day of November, the cars maybe reliably but I urge you rather to purchase a BMW where service is first class.MERCEDES ARE PATHETIC
I have been writing and calling both Mercedes’ head office as well as Bedfordview It is far easier to get through and get resolution from city of Johannesburg, Than it is from Mercedes’ the service is real third world, I honestly recommend you buying any car other than a Mercedes as service delivery from Sandton Bedfordview And Mercedes’ head office is that of a parastatal. PLEASE CAN I GET SOMEONE TO HELP THIS IS GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATING. CAN’T EVEN REPAIR MY SEAT
I took my car in for service(25000km)I asked consultant to check wheel alignment he quoted me R795.00 I told him Audi charge R450.00,he called me back and said he can match the price,I said fine later that day he called to say it can not be done as the bushes had worn and it would cost me R7000,00 for bushes,I proceeded to call around and was told it is covered under motor plan,I did report this to the service manager and he did rectify the situation. BUT why do they try get money from innocent customers that come to SANDTON as they think all customers are affluent and it makes no difference the extra cash.PLEASE BE AWARE AND QUERY ANY EXTRAS CHARGED.AT SANDTON.MERCEDES HEAD OFFICE also handled this very poorly.
I must say I have been with MTN since inception when they run deals they certainly outdo the competition, I was fortunate enough to get last years BLACK FRIDAY deal which I have not abused in any way with data as I get 50 GB a month I have just seen Vodacom Black Friday deals yes they give phones which are probably done in conjuction with the phone supplier they do not give anything of them selves like data or free calls .I would just like to thank MTN for being such great sports.
<p>Axeess running an advert till the end of May saying free installation, however, the big con is this never gets written off as long as you with Axxess you still owe that installation fee is this a CON or not?</p>
Hi Nobuhle,<br> Thanks for your reply however this answer does not resolve my issue,a representative keeps coning back saying that they are looking into the matter my contract is nearly over and that is what MTN is waiting for basically they have stolen from me and not repatriating what they have stolen.I find that it is all lip service and no one actually does anything about the complaint.I have found the service level of MTN quite pathetic I can see nothing will be resolved as per usual.
Hi Tim,<br> There has been no response from MTN as of yet,If I don't pay you cut me off if you do not fulfil your part of the contract nothing can be done how is this fair?As explained my calls not made were carried over in the beginning of my contract now my contract ends in December and for the last 4-5 months I have not had a carry over you admitted fault,however nothing has been done since you said it would be revered once again all lip service no action,please advise as to when this will happen or once again the small man gets shafted.Just like MTN shifted the blame with all the people that lost data.I am a MTN shareholder and feel this treatment is not fair
Hi Tim,<br> Since MTN have acknowledged that they have defrauded me of carry over airtime as per the beginning of my contract,As you saw for the past 6 - 8 months this has not happened.Please advise when this will be rectified it has been several weeks since you have acknowledged fault,and I still have not heard from any representative of MTN as always MTN absolves themselves from all faults.<br> Regards<br> Keith
