their delivery company and customer service is pathetic the delivery company stand and scream at the front of the house then they get into arguments when you ask why they did not phone you when trying to get through to PE branch the phone goes.dead after 3 rings (15:30) then head office say they'll get someone to phone monday(15:40). I will never order online from sportsman's warehouse again. There is alot of smaller sports shops with better service than this.my parcel track num Lswk 49686335. Marèe Trüter

Truworths not assisting clients
Their online login is faulty I tried all their steps to log into my account but nothing seem to work had same password for years all of sudden its not working and the login soes not work tried to get into contact with them but only receive a automated response of the procedure I have been trying to follow. No help so far and I cannot log into my account to see my statement

No communication and inhospitable
I know with corona comes rules and regulations, but this hotel have not informed us of their very specific rules we were denied the front entrance we had to go through the ba*****t without any assistance of our luggage up to a first floor where we were only then allowed to enter the hotel and yet again be refused to book in because they only allow you to book in at 14H00 even though online booking reservations are allowed to be made before 14H00 we were up until 5H00 with flights and I am not allowed to rest on a hotel bed because they refuse us entrance until 14:00.whe paid alot of money for this week to stay here and im dredding my stay?
