Poor quality of pampers diapers as well as rude agents

Over the past couple of months I'm noticed the material and quality of pampers has changed. It's no longer absorbent either which caused my child to get a rash.

From the 24 November I've been filling in the same questions as apparently my response wasn't received. The agent then went on to ask for a picture of my baby's nappy rash . She's a 2 year old baby girl. Which parent in their right mind would want to do that.

Pampers was supposed to be "the best". This is truly disappointing
