Dreadful After Sales Service

I cannot begin to tell you the frustration of dealing with these people. They are completely unresponsive to after-sales issues and are only focused on getting your money. Below are a list of my issues.

1) 4 visits digging up and re-laying my tiled deck because of large puddles. 2 years on and it is still bad with cracked joints all over.

2) After 14 months my pump failed miserably. Despite call after call and them telling me the warranty was out I bought and fitted a new pump (correcting the dreadful pipework job along the way). I then find out the pump has 3 years warranty and I contacted the manufacturer myself and they are fixing it.

3) I've had a leak almost from day one and they flat did not have any interest. This week I opened up and found the aimflow pipework was so badly fitted the aimflow does not sit flush against the shell. Again I have paid someone else to fix this.

4) Having dug up my deck to fix the leak I discovered that the reason my deck keeps cracking is because of the dreadful prep they did when laying the deck. The concrete is almost non existent, there little or no compacting taken place and as I live in a clay area there should be steel reinforcing, but guess what.

When I first contacted them they were great, while they were doing the job they were great, since then dreadful! To make matters worse I actually recommended them to friends who had a fibreglass relign done, they made such a bad job of it and flat refuse to correct it so our friends are in the same boat, if they want it right they have to pay again.

My advice, avoid these people at all costs.
