The most atrocious experience!

This was the absolute worst experience my family has ever had with an estate agency. The electric fence was never working, and the gate was faulty and was never properly fixed after being reported several times. Incidentally, we were robbed at gun-point in the house. It was stated in the lease that Private Accommodation would not be held responsible for such incidents. However, the house should not be advertised as "safe and secure". It was definitely NOT safe and secure. It has taken them 5 months to return my deposit. They are so eager to take your money, but are not bothered to return it. They did not answer calls or emails after trying to contact them for months. They are not on the University of Pretoria list of accredited private accommodation. It is clearer now, why that is the case. Absolutely atrocious service from Private Accommodation. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.
