Terrible service

I was charged me for twice for a lease agreement fee. I made the administrator aware of this via a telephonic conversation. She promised to consult and call back of which she hasn't done so. I then sent an email on the 2nd of December and another one to follow up till this day there hasn't been a response. Prime property is very good at communicating when they want your business but as soon as they have it one is treated like trash!!!
