Jozanne from Prepaid24 came to the rescue!!!
Jozanne from Prepaid24, came to the rescue on Family day (6 April 2026), especially in the evening!!
Banking app is still a struggle, whereas Prepaid already solved the situation. There was a slight issue with timing, but Jozanne made sure to help resolve the issue on the same day.
