TERRIBLE SERVICE

In May 2025 ,my 81 year old mums saasa pension was *****ulently withdrawn in another province. Contacted Postbank ***** department and submitted all the required documents .after numerous calls and emails we got a response in November stating the case is being finalized and we will be notified when the money is reimbursed.

On 29 th January 2026 ,after more emails we received a response

"Good day

Please note I am waiting for payment approval from management."

Since this date no feedback at all .
