No feed back, Poor service

I have being requesting statement on the E mail Adress provided to request statement, it's being two weeks now waiting no response or nothing, when you call their customer care number keep on saying we aware of your call then they hang up, My name Ntombikayise Patricia Motaung, don't bother to reply emails
