My phone got ****** on Sunday, and its last location according to Find My Iphone was at PLTFRM, and when I gave them a call on Monday, stating that I would like to see a footage to see who exactly stole my phone. The manager said that he would need a court interdict. I am not sure if his aware how long that takes and the emotional drain that comes with it. I explained to him that, I have communicated with the police and they said I can just ask to see the footage as I might know the person, because court interdicts take a very long time and once I get one, the footage might have been long deleted by the restaurant. I am very disheartened because I only asked for footage to locate my phone. Which is a new phone by the way. I highly wouldn't recommend this place. They protect *****'s.

Made the first booking of the day a month in advance, only to get the worst table in the middle of the sun and being shift around the whole time. Would not prefer this place at all for anyone to go to for even a normal occasion. Did ask the manager to assist with at least some shade only to be ignored and also receive a half filled beer.

We took our grand kids for lunch. What a disaster. 3 of us had eaten, and the other 3 waited for pizzas. The first pizza came, but was not what had been ordered. 2 pizzas came, but the third was so late it had to be taken home in a takeaway box. The manager tried to resolve the matter, but the total experience was not pleasant. We are mountain bikers, we love the setup, but this tipe of service cannot be afforded.

We arrived and were seated by a lady called Lindy at a table.she disappeared for the longest time and every waiter we asked to call her told us they will get someone else.when we finally located her she nonchalantly said she was not really allowed to seat us there as it was the seat belonging to another restaurant:) - I asked her why she placed us there and then gave us menus and then said she was coming back , she simply rep**** “I am too busy “ :) we obviously left after that hungry AF but what could we do.

Had an issue with a chain slipping off while riding at buffels in the morning, dropped in on the way home to get some advice. Assistance even went a couple of minutes after closing, thanks to the team and Thabiso who assisted so I could ride the next day. Will take the bike in for a more comprehensive service in the week. customer service is hard to find. Keep it up and will keep coming back guys.

We visited for the 1st time in March 2022 and the prices are way too expensive for what is offered. A cappuccino costs R38 and this is a small cup - 4 sips for R38 - ridiculous. Visited more than 14 places in the last few months and nobody charges R38 per cup. I will pay R38 is it was a large cup yes, but a small cup - NO !!! I hate it when company's overcharge. The service was also poor. Importunely they will not see my family again.

Where do I begin??? I'm still waiting for the owner's call after my daughter's first birthday party got canceled 2 days before the event!!! I won't elaborate here, not my style. Wonder if Phillip (Owner) is going to call me or I'm just another customer??
