Bad Customer Care
Pinnacle Property Group was renting out two of my properties in Midrand. I had a horrible time with the above-mentioned company. No accountability - No Statements. Payments not reconcilable. I'd call for clarification, and no one would answer. They owe me a lot. Worse, they just disappeared my tenants were left to fend off for themselves.

Scam Artist Real Estate Agent
I rent my property through Pinnacle Property Group, the owner known as Gavin Wilken but his actual name is Darryn Wilken, has been collecting the rent from my tenant but never pays me what is owed , as the property owner. He has also listed a false business address on his website , so he can't be tracked.He also doesn't answer his phone or emails.
