Worst service of my life

I've had bad experiences before but never to this level. Petgeez are the worst and unashamedly so. I wonder how come they are still in business. I mean at this level of customer service no one with a sane mind should be patronizing them. At you wouldn't even get order confirmation, but now it is automated and that's were it ends.

You'll have to ask, but then calls never get answered, and wattsap messages gets opened after 24hours. Refunds take 48hours if at all. Shooo!
