I’m disappointed with the repeated poor service from Pedros. I requested that my meat be cut in half, but once again it was cut into 8 pieces instead.
This same issue happened on 8 January and again on 24 April, both of which I reported. Different managers called to apologize, yet the problem keeps happening.
A simple request should not be this difficult to follow. Pedros Eastrand Mall needs to improve their processes or remove the cutting options if they cannot be followed correctly.
