Bad Service\Half packed order

I am writing to formally complain about the poor service and disrespectful attitude I received from the manager at your Silverton branch.

During my visit, I was disappointed by the way I was treated. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist me properly. Instead of handling the situation respectfully and helping resolve my concerns, their attitude made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating .
