paystack is a *****
they are failing to refund me R299 stating that " we’re unable to process the refund from our end at this time. The funds associated with the transaction have already been settled directly with the merchant, and the business is currently no longer active on our platform" i bought a smart watch via them

Refunds and delivery of the purchased service or product are the responsibility of the merchant. If you have not received the value for your transaction, we recommend contacting the merchant directly for assistance. Alternatively, you may reach out to your bank to initiate a chargeback, which will allow them to investigate the transaction and assist with recovering your funds if applicable.
