ITS LITTLE BUT I NEED IT PAY ME

I save with paycurve through the company that lam working for , l had a crisis hence l had to request for a withdrawal of R400 that l have since been waiting for since two weeks ago , their policy says the payments are processed within 7 working days and we are post that . I then sent them an email to ask why an agent responded that they processed the payment on the 10th . Well l did not receive it and l need it .
