**** to about certification

Transfer was slow pending NHBRC certificate, Agent confirmed it was obtained. Branch was instructed to forward it to my insurance company. To date no certificate, house not able to be insured, was vandalised and then structural issues like no roof insulation became clear, so I was **** to. They should and may be sued to resolve this. An utter disgrace. Second complaint this time and response to my first was "noted". I can assure you this time they will be paying attention.... Shame on you Pam Golding Dullstroom.
