POOR SERVICE FROM PALADINE AND FIDELITY GUARD

There is an outstanding third party claim for a car accident I was involved in. Responsible Party's insurer is Paladin Underwriting Managers. Whenever I follow up on my claim, Paladin and Fidelity staff send me from pillar to post. Over 3 months have passed since my car was damaged by a Fidelity Guard vehicle on 30 June 2022. Invoice for access was sent to Odette Maree on the 3rd September and is still not paid.
