No charging light and low battery warning

I bought a new Oral-b toothbrush from Dischem. Got it delivered and for a start they ignored the delivery instructions. The vilality 100 toothbrush does not have a charging light, thus there is no warning for a low battery. Nowhere could is see this important details in advance. Not happy with this degraded bad product all at.
